Recovering Account
Just looking for more guidance besides the how to fill in a blank guide or the undetailed not enough information response for account administration.
Put in over 10 tickets trying to recover my account.
Put in my isp, multiple transactions (over 10) with the ids for couple different payment options.
Put in first in game name, with what I think was the registered email, creation date, and birthday set.
Also attached screenshots of emails including my name of the account and transaction types amounts and ID
Listed few past clans I was in, linked a twitch vod of me playing on the account.
Just trying to see if I can get specific information on which part of my ticket needed more accurate information.

Hi rejuicedac,
All we need is what we ask you for, any other additional information (ISP/the Twitch VOD) won't help you recover.
You don't put the registered email, you put the current email attached to the account.
Basically, we take the information that you gave us when you created the account / your current email and match up to make sure that the information you're giving us now is the same info you gave us then.
If not enough information matches up, then we tell you. -
So I put what I thought was, but obviously it isn't that. I understand the v vod doesn't help, but what about having over 10 of the transaction ID's? Also the information I put in back in 2013 when I was 6 years younger was most likely incorrect random information. But I at least have the transaction ids and past passwords. I'm just saying it's a poor system if all you look at is registered information vs what birthdate creation date I provide. Should look at the transaction ids

I feel like trans iD, past pw's ,names, ip's, current email should be enough to prove .
like how in the hell should i remember the acc creation date when my acc is 9 years old. Same with the first email. Once you made the acc , you dont even know if you put in "legit" data like a usable ( back in the days were 24h emails a thing ) email or just random birthdate etc. -
If you put in fake info, then you losing the account is kind of on you at that point. As Lasagnya said, the info we request is the only info we can take. While yes, more info (like many transaction IDs) often help, those alone cannot verify that you are indeed the owner.

Point is the possible fake info isn't always intentional. Idk if ur human if you dont sometimes put in fake information, especially 6-7 years ago when the internet was much different. I know it was dumb but I'm sure I have enough evidence to prove it's me.

Not sure what else to do -
K[illa;n6893703]i mean its not hard to find your info if you have an email and have kept up with it. just search "crossfire" for example...

I still have the email too, upon account creation back than was already mentioned how essential the information you register with was. People might've been young and stupid, but not stupid enough to read. -
Their account recovery system is honestly outdated. They want a creation date, birthday, and a security question (which I'm pretty sure I got right)
Other account recovery processes for many other games look at the actual transactions made on the account, past isp's, request a picture of an ID such as a driver's license to verify that they're talking to who made transactions on the account.
I'm sorry I didn't print/save an email from 7 years ago when I was a kid. -
I dont understand why you need an account recovery ? I have same ID and password .. also email in this game since 2011 ... i have same passwords on all of my emails since 2001 , same name and passwords on sites i cant even remember and i never asked for an account recovery in any of the sh1t webpages i was in ..
