If I buy these new web shop crates will they count towards my crates bought achievement in game? I want to have the best possibility of winning so I want to know.

Considering you buy the crates for EP instead of ZP it probably doesn't count.

Oooh yes they should count considering you use ZP to buy crates. If they don't, I'd recommend sending a ticket to support.

I think for the achievement the only ones bought in game counts, but not 100% sure

I had the same doubt as you before.

But I had only enough ZP to bring Tycoon crate to level 3, so I had to be safe and bought the crates in-game instead.

Prior to tycoon crate level 3, I opened hundreds of ZP crates without winning anything. After achieving level 3 tycoon crate, i opened around 50 crates and won an item (even though it was not what i wanted from the crates).

I don't know if it was luck or the tycoon thing was in effect. But I still don't trust the winning rate so I never risk too much money on it (I limit my spending to 20k ZP/month, and occasionally I don't spend any dime for the whole month).
