Since players are restricted to leak content before the GM's do, we have no clue of upcoming content other than what's already provided by the GM's.

oh i see. but if we take an an example other versions of cf like cf vietnam what should we expect? after the royal guard and the awaking items

I think it would be best to look at Crossfire Brazil, considering both of these versions fall under Z8games and thereby have similar content at times. CF Brazil has just received the M4 Beast and the Barret Jewelery as their latest VVIP's, I can't confirm nor deny these will come to West too though.
