Migration error

Hello!I was inactive for months, now i see servers combined and i had to migrate, so that's what i did.I did it 2 days ago and i still don't have news about my account.Everytime i visit the migration page it says "Nothing to tell you".So i need some help, i need to know is it glitched,should i wait more or what else?I really want my account back so i can enjoy the game as i did before, because i spend a lot of time and money on the account.I also send a ticket but no replys.

  • You should have no problem with migration process as long you corectly follow each migration step.
    (Here is a guide : http://forum.z8games.com/forum/cross...est-na-version )

    Then:

    1. You can login z8 website with your new migrated account details ? ( like the id and pass you was set during the migration process) ?

    2. Then you need to download and install this version of crossfire, and login with the ID and password you was set during the migration process.

    3. If your new id and pass set during the migration process don't work - you need to send a support ticket ( most like will need to be recover )

    I made step by step. I migrated 2 accounts, 1 is already migrated, but my main is not, as i said it says "Nothing to tell you" while on alternative account it says its already migrated.
    When i go to Europe site it says your account has been already migrated to NA.I don't really know what to do.

    So you've already chose a new ID, password and forum name on Crossfire West? That's what [USER="7597733"]TheShadowRo[/USER] is asking. If you did, you should just try logging in.

    P.S.:Ye i clicked on password option, so i can check if the iD is other, and thats from where it all started.The ID has been switched between the 2 accounts, but now its all OK. Thank you for the help guys.
