I've gotten 2 jewels in 20 Hard kills. It takes 30 jewels just to get to the silver variant. I'm not even going to bother with the event. I can't keep playing this map as much as I have in the past few days or I'll end up hating it. Awakening that AK47 is going to take me months, if not years.

In the end, it's a pay2win gun just like any other ZM specified weapon.
  • where are the differents between awakening juwel and the awakening juwel set? Furthermore the drop rate of the juwel is a joke 20 games on hard and 1 juwel. Whren i want to awake it, i have to play 600 games on hard...seriously?
  • Very Nice Lats try do ign -[my*hero*]- Good Lukay All:)

You can't sell single jewels. You can combine 2 jewels into a set and then use the Trade Market to sell that set if you wish.
  • Hi, I WAS SHOOTING WITH AK BUSTER - ordinary, for me aa12 is better because the BP bar is loading very quickly, in AK AK BUSTER is like in normal weapon ;/ . AK buster gold has double bombs but it does not give much to the boss. Watch on youtube , in china version, they had ak buster one year ago :)

It's not a pay to win gun, it's a grind to win gun.

In my experience, you'd need to play from 20-25 games where the final boss is killed within 5 mins to get 1 jewel. So, in order to fully upgrade the gun (80 jewels needed), you will need to play and win the map at least 1600 times. I'm out of it.
  • Well, i've played about 30 games and i've got 6 jewels. It seems like it depends on how good of a match you do, cause i got all of them in matches when the team killed everything really fast, didn't die alot and didn't use any health items, except the health grenade.

You can only win the jewel in hard (Atleast i think that is so), as you only get a chance at winning one, when you kill the extra boss within the time limit. I wouldn't expect you to win a jewel, unless your team is well armed at start (Atleast two of you have AA12's and the other two have other highpower weapons) and synched.

Try to move together and not run around to much on your own. Keeping the monsters coming at you in large groups instead of splitting them up, so you can barrage them, like the gunners in old style wars, the bus is good for this. Also when they are grouped, it's good to use the ice monkey monster helper. Use the map, alot of people don't do this and get's killed from behind. Learn, where the next wave of monsters come from and position yourselves accordingly. Use the health grenade (when possible, near your team mates, so they can benefit from it to). At stage 15 kill of the two smaller boss monsters first, it will make the whole thing easier, you can do this in stage 16 too, but only if you think you have the time. If you haven't understood how to use the C4 in stage 16, you will have problem beating the final boss within time limit. (Doable, but you die alot).

You have little to no chance at winning a jewel.
If you enter the match with a Bad weapon (Regular assault rifle etc), act noobish, running around and asking players to exchange weapons, dying quickly and asking for revive, PLEASE fast revive and quiting when they don't revive you (Even though you auto-revive after some time) or if they revive you, you die again within 10sec. If you run around getting chased by the monsters in circles and letting your team do the killing.

    Maybe it's just your luck.

I played several games with more than 1m point, don't die a single time in game, but i never got the jewel. I had the same hypothesis like what you said, I even wrote down my score + number of death in a spreadsheet after each game. Even though my sample is small (50 games), it proves you are wrong. I have 4 jewels and 2 of those are from my worst games with alot of death that I even used 5+ revival coins (I had to die on purpose so that i could revive and spam AA12's bombs again, time was short).

What makes it so hard to get the jewel is that you have to beat the boss fast to get a CHANCE for legendary reward (most of the time you get rare or even advanced rewards). When you got the legendary reward, then again you have a CHANCE for the jewel. This double chance system is really rediculous.

This is why I decided to quit this mode man, I can't do it 2000 times over and over again. This is basiccaly a time scam which tricks people into playing this stupid game mode.
  • My advice for all of you out there:

Don't buy ZP crates or fall into cheap tricks like this again.

Will we get notified when 100 players upgraded it all the way? So I don't do it only to realize I'm too late..

You will notified by loggin into z8games and go to Event and there you can check your progress.
You will also see what rank/top you are in that moment.

Yeah, then im probably just lucky. But it can't hurt, doing a great match, i mean. I also thought killing the final boss was hard at first, but when i understood how to use the C4, when the boss was putting up his shield, the boss became easy. Maby you have bad luck with team-mates. I am not going for the event either, i will only play until it ain't fun anymore. If they don't take away the awakening stones, you'll awaken the ak sometime atleast, doesn't need to be this month, i've set this year as a personal goal.

  • Drop rate for Awakening Jewels in this mode is to low , like everything in this game ... drop rate for GP Items from crates is low , for ZP items is low , for AK 47 Burst is low (but a bit higher then everything else) wich makes me think that developers made every drop rate to about 3% chances to win because they need money and they are sure that nobody will wait to earn 30 Jewels and spend days and alot of hours to upgrade a damn weapon to next level wich is silver for AK 47 Burst Fire .

I got a jewel on rare clear so I guess legendary has a little better chance to get it but maybe all clears have a chance. still not is those are random..I thought it was on score but maybe the amount of rounds played?

You don't get jewels on rare clear. The jewel you received was just a reward for playing the mode so much. It's like the costume box you received after playing a lot of PvP match.

In theory, you could get 2 jewels in one game: one from the legendary reward and one from the participation reward. But this is really rare.

it's the same jewel though... so then you get one randomly from playing alot or every 20 games? seems I get those more than the legendary clear rewards ones.
  • No it is in of that boxs my friend had already won 1 yesterday from z boss box so nice try
