what's going on !! WHY ?

so i was playing today and got errors like constantly every room i enter i get cf error (though i didn't lag my ping was entirely normal).

i was errored like 7-10 times ...... ok a transient instability in the servers but nothing important and i wasn't going submit a thread here BUT the last error caused the game to crash and it closed on its own ...... when i reopened the game i found this message !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!



WHY ! i have n't done anything wrong it was all from the game itself i checked my internet connection and it was fine like every day !!
i then suspected it to be a bugged message and nothing will actually happen but when i relaunched the game it showed me that i'm actually blocked and the counter is ticking .... why !!!



i know that GMs and everyone is in a weekend right now .... but i feel that my account isn't stable .... and i'm afraid this thing will cost me losing my honorable soldier ribbon this will really upset me ... although i haven't done any thing illegal i swear ... i was playing a sniper only FFA room before the last error that caused the game crashing !!!

i want to know why i'm blocked and if my ribbon will be ripped out of me or not please anyone explain this....

I think that the block time is over by now but i'm afraid that i might cause further problems if i tried opening my account.

Please anyone explain this issue.

To my knowledge players no longer lose their Honorable Soldier ribbon (I could be wrong). The short period ban might be caused since CF suspects you of using a program in the background that's causing CF to crash?

Nothing to worry about. I had previously received such blocks many times. That can happen to anybody. You will not lose your Honorable soldier ribbon.

Although i wasn't running any program in the background while launching the game not even a browser.
So I don't know what really happened.

If you are using any Windows - uninstall it and then run CF. It will improve the stability and will completely cure any errors.

because of this, my main account is banned permanently! Wasted so much money on the account..
