AND IM NOT BEGINNERThe system is basically first come first serve which means your ticket will be answer when it's your turn. Most likely it takes 24 hours to respond but during weekends you'll have to wait till Monday.
As for the respond, you should find it in two places.
1. The ticket itself: Visit the following link and make sure you clicked View Resolved Tickets so you could view the ticket when a gamemaster responds. https://support.z8games.com/us/index.php?/Tickets/ViewList- If the ticket is green then it means that the team haven't responded yet & the ticket is still open.
- If the ticket is red then it means that the team have responded & they are waiting for your reply to assist with your enquiry.
- If the ticket is black then it means that the team have responded & the ticket is closed.
- E-mail: You should receive a message on your E-mail from Z8Games Support team with the information you need.
