Banned by accident

[h=2]Hello everyone,[/h] (A mode of complaint and very respectfully, share my post of my level of satisfaction with the Z8Games support)

I believe this thread of discussion to expose my case and reiterate the innumerable complaints of legal users who have been banned without just cause. I have played cf around 8 long years and I have a sense of attachment and belonging which makes me a player faithful to the platform.

I express that from years ago the crossfire team and the support system has been losing acceptance on the part of the community, the lack of control in its rules of terms and conditions has been passing over anybody, just by naming the amount of illegal players and the ineffectiveness of stopping them in each patch speaks for itself. For all this I must express, today I join all those who have been banned permanently and without just cause to set a precedent that the ticket system and the same support does not work, is not effective and is not consistent with the community .

I quote words from an affected person nick:chilam (vip user)
this is the first time I'm angry for this issue. Hackers are ruining this game at well and innocent players are got aimed.
The TEAM responds
keep in mind that you are responsible for all actions taken in your account
yourselves are responsible for all actions taken against us.


I invite us to leave aside the automated responses in the tickets and respond coherently when giving support

Ticket responses are not given to you by a machine, it is real people on the other end of that response. If you are banned, there was good reason for it, and thats all we will say on the matter, You are free to send a ticket, but you are not free to choose the response you get.

Automated, it does not matter if it is a person behind or not, they are generic answers.
The point is that support is not being provided via ticket in an effective way, that is why we express ourselves freely through this means.
