Cant play ranked

Heyho,

So I got 2nd Lt this weekend but i still cant play Ranked but why?

In the ranked description stand you have to be 2nd Lt (but gold not silver) so i looked in the Competitive Ranking list and saw some who were 2nd Lt level 3 or 4.
So do i have to be on some level of 2nd Lt or is it just a bug?

so i read that thread and still dont get it.
In the Thread Utmost said you have to be First LT 1.

But ingame is this message

SO now is the question what do they mean with 2nd Lt Rank?
Second Lt or the second of the LT Rank (First LT)
or Just 2nd LT Rank but lvl 8?

Then they should change it ingame, Cause at the moment it is like you need 2nd LT.
