Why GMs abandoned the forum ?

Can't they see that tones of suggestions and error reports ?

Why dind't they state any facts about todays BM winning rates when nearly the entire forum here agreed not to pay a cent on this scam !!

Where are their actions about rabked hackers/farmers !!!
Hackers are now in the top 100 and even top 10 and this reflects the catastrophe.

Why don't they defend the dead trade system ( it's actually dead since day 1) !?

I know i can find you all sirs on discird but common this discird is time consumer and an utterly eye bleeder !!

So please care for your clients thats the least thing we deserve in this horrible situation !

The game now really can't beat with other "free" games on the field right now ... And don't think i'm held to it beacuse my PC's specs cant run those high end battel royal games!!

I wrote my specs once in "fps drop thread" and i think they are more than enough to run these games on decent graphics ......


So the thing is we really loved Crossfire .. we cared for this game we invested our money and time in it we are sadly addicted to this game ... But it's killing us to see what it turned up to be ... All those bugs and errors make us really sad ..

I really don't feel happy when writing threads about errors on a weekly base !!
But it turned to be our role here reporting these reports..


Please explain to us all these or just never mind and keep on putting highly over edited skinned sexy wewpons to see people putting their money on them to convu yourselves that we are good guys and people are satisfied.... we are not.


By the way the game's main sever "Delta" is offline since 2 days now.

Though I have contact with the GM's quit frequently on Discord I agree they aren't very transparent. I think it would be great if they published monthly letters in which they explain what issues they're currently working on (not talking about the small bug fix notes in the patch notes but bigger issues).

Nothing's gonna happen. I am with this game since 2009 (2010 with this account) so I know a lot. The hacking situation back in 2011 to 2013 was the worst. You and other new players can't even imagine how bad it was. The players were able to shoot through walls, enter into walls/pillars and there was speed hack too. In that period, there were 7-9 hackers each room and I am not exaggerating figures here. That was the era when Crossfire West (Crossfire NA then) lost its major player base especially North American players. The North American servers were used to be full in that era which seems unbelievable now and the NA servers hasn't recovered from that loss ever since.

The loyal players including me literally begged GMs of that time to fix the game as the population of hackers were more than the clean players and the game was becoming unplayable however it took them too long to fix things especially anticheat software (X-Trap then), which fixed the hacking situation for a long time, until the GMs ("God bless them") decided to replace the anticheat software with Xigncode. The old school players left the game one by one. The rigid policy of GMs to not review the case of banned loyal players who sticked with the game for a long time but got banned due to wrong detection of hacking tool or 3rd party softwares for farming. I am against the 3rd party softwares and hackers but the players who were known to the community and almost all of us knew were not hackers got banned and didn't get a second chance to prove themselves. I am talking about players like Tuga & Kitta who were high spenders but got banned due to usage of 3rd party softwares and of course there were many other innocents players like them. The GMs like to ban clean players like them without a second thought but will never ban blatant hackers playing ranked matches since ages. I got blocked for 3 days just because I called my opponent a "camper"... yeah, you heard it right, I got blocked for writing a word "camper". I submitted various reports to unblock my account telling 'em that I am playing this game for 10 years but I never got banned before as I stayed clean all over these years but they refused to do anything. When asked for evidence, they refused to provide any screenshot. The accuser was one of the top discord user and he had an influence so GMs blocked me for 3 days because of a stupid reason like calling camper. The told me that it comes under the slab of harassment. That's how this game works. it means nothing to them even if you play for 100 years. Can anyone claim that without the events, the game will be as active as it is now? All of us are playing for events but for fun? nah. There is no longer any fun playing any room which we used to get 2 years ago.

The hackers are back ever since they changed the anticheat. Ranked matches are unplayable and soon these hackers will invade public rooms. With the merger of CF NA and CF EU, the game has gotten bigger playerbase, and to be honest better and decent players, but the hackers are ruining things again. It will not be long when the game returns to its dark era as the words are falling on deaf ears. TBH GMs are not to blame for everything as South Koreans are pulling the strings behind the scenes but they can still do a lot to fix bugs and hacking. They will never do it, believe me. One prime example is this website. Can you believe that the top 10 most profitable MMO FPS game has a broken website with eye sore white background? Can you believe that they are upgrading it since 2015 but it hasn't been fixed? Can you believe that the revamping of clan page on forums took 'em 2 years but it is worse than its previous form?

As I wrote, nothing's gonna happen. but.. ahm... if you call someone camper then the chance of you getting banned will be higher than that of blatant hackers roaming in ranked servers

It feels really bad hearing these things from you ..... Not as you said i'm not a new member here i had an account was since 2012 but it got scammed and i sent many many tickets to support .... But no one bothered to reply ... it was all either auto reply thing or a useless "we can't do any thing for you " thing and it ended up when the scammer blocked the account permanently i don't know how .... Was it due to hacking or due to charge back !? I don't know and i will never know .... After that i decided to open this account but never charged a penny on it....



So yeah I have been through x-trap and all other things since GM saiden .... We have to admit that the game under current GMs got many many events with uncomperable free stuffs which is a point for them .... And i'm not mainly talking about hackers or x-trap cause those things became a norm. You download CF with agreeing to terms and conditions that you agree to play with hackers.

But now things became utterly devastating we now get tons of disconnects and errors .... Current FPS drops situation wasn't there under mr saiden when the game was running so cartoonish ... Niw when it's sime how better ( though not the best graphics) we get fps drops that make the game unplayable !!
I don't have problems with farmers in HMX or any kind of farming but why farming in ranked .... Why do u have to play with afk in knives cquse they wanna get free wins .... How can a hacker managed to be in top 10 in the games most important mod (ranked) this has to be a joke noway.


And many other bugs and errors which we can't get to know if they are working on them or if they even know about them or no .... Why ? Cause they abandoned the site !!!


So basically doesn't this prove that we are addicted to this game

We only care for it cause we loved it either with those GMs or any other ones we don't care we only need a healthy playable Crossfire .... And from all what happening now i feel it's time to think quitting .. i didn't think of quitting this game when my account on which i charged ZP got stolen ... But i'm now really thinking of quitting .

I was told I have to censor out the messages so there's no swearing on the forum but here are the screenshots where you're just calling someone a camper. Just so we put this issue to rest seeing as I'm tired of you saying I'm related to the GMs and now that I am a top discord user as if that makes any difference whatsoever.



Anyone can report anyone else if they are swearing in game, it can be me, a mod, a brand new smiley face account - ANYONE. When you are swearing in game you are breaking the rules, simple as that. Here you can find the appropriate part of the Terms and Conditions:


TLDR: stop trying to appear "hurt", you aren't. You aren't innocent either - you broke the rules and you got punished just like any other player would have been, including me. The GMs do not ban anyone without a proper reason and they do not share the evidence with the players. Stop making up stories about me.

I do not know whether to leave the game or what to do I am very angry because of the specifications of my device I can not run many of the free or sold games will wait two years in order to save money to buy a new computer I can try a lot of games that concern the players

Here since 2010 and I've gone through all the worst of what the game had to offer. I don't blame GMs or anyone at z8, what I think is that they're understaffed or don't have much control of things (some transparency would be most welcomed).

Scapula is very correct on everything, but it's worse - the whole gameplay loop is bad compared to other free offerings; hitboxes and reg lagg (I got killed behind solid cover more times than there's days in a few years, and I have ~30 ping--which also started to spike, which has never happened before and doesn't happen in other online games at all).

About discord... GMs must understand that not everybody uses that. And I don't know what's logical, but I personally think that people that actually use the forums (y'know, your own closest supposed thing for comminucation?) must be heard and replied to too. I don't use discord, but I've read GM saying that they listen to people from there (that's how we got many golden weapon crates), and then how on the forums they don't have time to respond because they're always busy--O K, employ someone for that kind of thing (or you can't? we don't know).

I don't understand censorship of words at all. The letter combinations we can't use sometimes prevent us from writing normal sentences and litter them with ??? which often confuses the other person in the conversation, and it's very annoying. Meanwhile you can put dots and you bypass it entirelly, not to mention non-english insults that don't get censored. So all in all what it does it inconveniences everyone who wants to talk normally, and doesn't stop any toxic insults anyway. With what andy showed it further proves that it's pointless/flawed, you get what you deserve despite the censorship. You could argue that that it prevents majority or at least some toxicity, but if a person wanted to be rude, he'd do that no matter what. My suggestion would be an options menu to enable or disable censorship or just remove it (unless it's an advertisment of sorts--these shouldn't be visable, but even then I see these getting bypassed). And my best suggestion: option to disable all chat in game (I personally love disabling pms, it saved my brain from a lot of nonsence, nth "pro clan" invites and many number and letter combinations that I don't understand at all).

You can close both regular and team chat ingame by pressing shift+f2 / shift+f3 respectively

Ohhh man if we ipen our hearts and talk we won't end up. About this word censor thing i remember my nightmare of all words which only happens to occure lately.
The scenario goes like that i got killed in A site by a CAMPER so i have to get my team mates attention for this as fast as possible before they got killed one after another ... So i write it as fast as i could " 1 camping a ". And it ends up " 1 cam??? " .... And guss what they don't get my message and enter A to be killed one after another ... Leaving me in a rage of weird kind that can't be explained..... This is a nightmare and i can't get used to it like ha.cker or any other words cause i don't know where to put the dot and actually i don't have time to waste caring for censorship .... It finally ends up losing the round .........



So yeah lets stick to some feedback from GMs about errors lags fps drops and other stuffs ..... Cause if we opened talks we can't get enough time..

The GMs blocked me for using ‘F’ word but they didn’t ban the blatant hackers reported by hundreds of players. It’s because none of the reporters was the GMs’ boot l!ckers or in their favourite list. I don’t care if they blocked me for 3 days as I don’t care about this game at all. I just wanted to highlight the hypocrisy of the management of this game and you helped me proving my point.

BTW Definition of harassment in TOCs of Z8Games provided by you in that screenshot includes “inappropriate name calling” so calling killer as kill starer should be considered as harassment too given the fact that the anti-harassment rules of this games are very effective. Now the precedent has been set the GMs have two possible paths ahead. They either gotta live up to that precedent or they should admit their biased behaviour shown towards me.

Lets see if GMs block you from discord as it falls under the harassment category and you said you have no influence, right?

I agree with you. You can play PUBG and CSGO as they don't have advanced PC requirements. I have already moved to these games as they have better customer support center and developers.

The reason is simple; because you were the one who reported me.
The GMs blocked me for using ‘F’ word but they didn’t ban the blatant hackers reported by hundreds of players. It’s because none of the reporters was the GMs’ boot l!ckers or in their favourite list. I don’t care if they blocked me for 3 days as I don’t care about this game at all. I just wanted to highlight the hypocrisy of the management of this game and you helped me proving my point.

The word you used isn't allowed, however, since so many players use the word it became accepted by the community. a7a is the same, since it's spammed so many times in the game, it lost it's meaning. That's why most players wouldn't bother reporting a player saying it. However, if a player decides to report a player saying it, they will be punished accordingly since it's not allowed according to the TOS.

So in the end, yes, it's related to the player that reported you. But not to the status of this player, he just took the time to report a word that is not allowed according to the TOS but is accepted by the community.

The comparison you make between hack reports and inappropriate language reports is just fished out of thin air. It's way easier for a staff member to check if a inappropriate word is used by a certain player than if a player is hacking. I already made almost 70 accounts to spam the support center with these kinds of reports.

It is a win-win situation for me. Either he is gonna get banned or the support staff kneel down to accept their biased decision.

If you find a person using a inappropriate word that you consider hurtful you have every right to report it, I on the other hand wouldn't admit to creating 70 accounts to do so. I don't quite understand the context of this whole "Kill starter" name calling but if you consider this hurtful in any way, you should report it.

Hackers are now in the top 100 and even top 10 and this reflects the catastrophe.
Anyone who is on Discord will know that many people get banned for hacking, as they come in to complain about it, and people have seen the Discord live-hack-report channel be of great use.

Why don't they defend the dead trade system ( it's actually dead since day 1) !?
This system is for you guys to trade and is not required for you to use it if you do not wish.

Nope, its still very much alive.

The game now really can't beat with other "free" games on the field right now ... And don't think i'm held to it beacuse my PC's specs cant run those high end battel royal games!!
We're still doing very well, and will continue to do so, so yes we can compete.

I wrote my specs once in "fps drop thread" and i think they are more than enough to run these games on decent graphics ......

So the thing is we really loved Crossfire .. we cared for this game we invested our money and time in it we are sadly addicted to this game ... But it's killing us to see what it turned up to be ... All those bugs and errors make us really sad ..
Any bugs or errors you have reported via ticket have been forwarded to the development team to be looked at.

I really don't feel happy when writing threads about errors on a weekly base !!

Im sorry you feel this way, but this is never your role and you should never feel that you have to do it. It is up to you if you want to report or not, but I suggest it be done via ticket where it is more direct and we can ask things we can't publicly ask. (IP, Location, etc)

Please explain to us all these or just never mind and keep on putting highly over edited skinned sexy wewpons to see people putting their money on them to convu yourselves that we are good guys and people are satisfied.... we are not.

You do not pick what is justified, and actual support center spam will result in the accounts being blocked from sending tickets. You are absolutely free to submit reports, but you do not pick what will or will not be blocked.

Offensive name calling is bannable, yes. Calling someone kill starer is not offensive. If I call you a refrigerator, I'm not going to get banned. If I start insulting your mother, or start getting really vulgar, I will be banned. Its a judgement call, and you are not the judge.

I know the answer will be no..... But is it really a NO !! .... I got a hacker report history of pages since the beginning of previous ranked season and nearly no one deald with.... And hackers in game themselves begin to say things like " i 'm hacking for ##months now and nothing happened and so many reported me ... So have fun with your report ........... And others say they weren't hacking before but after seeing those free hackers in the game they began to use these things to anger others like they were angered !"

If the discored reporting is much better and faster ... So how can some newbie in discord like me participate in this system ... I find channel called not hack report thing though many people are coping same SS and adding IGNs with servers and some stuffs !!

If any one got a clue in how to contribute in discord report system please inform me .... As i really would like to contribute in minimizing that hacking fashion.



Other thing i wasn't mocking you by saying have you abandoned the site ... But the thing is you guys have many tasks to do although i can find you nearly available on discord for most of the day so it would be really good for the forum if you divided your time or your stuff on discord and forum ..... **** Another suggestion that's entirely out of the topic but i don't think it's worthy a separate thread ..... The quick join button being near the ranked button ... Once you press it by mistake it suddenly begin to find you a match ... You can't cancel it you can't exsit it while matching progress... You just have to wait a minute till it turns you into another server in a another room ...... So it will be really great if there was like a confirmation message on if you want to go for a quick join or no ...or at least allow the cancel button (it is really not working)

Not a bug deal i know and not a frequent either but it'll help for sure

For the Hacking report part. It hasnt been until relatively recently that they've even been putting ANYTHING listed on the status of hack reports. None of mine from the far past from before the discord was open have anything listed but i know they were dealt with as the people i've reported haven't been active since shortly after reporting. We also dont know if when they do change the status to closed if that means anything other than they've viewed it. It doesnt mean that they have dealt with it just that perhaps they've viewed it.

For the Discord hack reports. First you have to rank up on the discord ranks to get to level 10 and get the Major role. Then once you have major and have read all of the things listed in the #This-is-not-the-hack-report and also in #hack-reporting-info you can work on applying for the role of captain. Once you've done everything those topics say you need to do to apply you wait until they can review. If you've done everything right and haven't been pushy for it and haven't given them any reason to believe you'll not follow reporting instructions or only want access for other reasons then you'll be awarded the captain role and you will gain access to the live hack report channel.
Keeping in mind while the live hack report channel is nice...if the GMs can't handle the particular inquiry or are not in the office you will still have to submit a reply via the normal hack report tickets if you want the situation to be dealt with.
Now the reason they have the live hack reporting on discord kinda restricted like this is A) it keeps the live hack reporting only open to those that can follow rules making it more efficient. for the same reason as reason A it also means more accurate reports. and then C)it prevents people from looking into the channel to see if they or their friend is being reported so they can make sure they dont get caught. Which has been an issue before.
Also keep in mind....if you have captain role...and lose it....you are quite likely not going to get it back. Depends on the circumstances but generally you only lose it if you have been misbehaving on the discord or are found to be associated with hackers.

Now for the people that claim they are hacking for months now. It's likely not the case or if it is it's simply because nobody has actually taken the time to report them including the people that tell them they are going to report them. Other case would be because the hacker is likely scamming people's accounts and letting account after account, of those who fall for such a scam, get banned. Thus the person pretends like they've never been caught as it wasn't really their account. I'd venture to say though that some of them just like to say that to get under people's skin regardless of if it's true or not.

Now for the FPS drops thing. That's more of a Devs have to look into it kind of thing. Seeing as they just did the PC Spec survey that ended with the last update essentially....we likely won't see any results until the next update at the earliest since it's something the devs have to evaluate and then work with the coding to make the game work better/correctly with whatever is up with so many people's computer systems. (likely some way a specific component or components are being handled by the players' PCs that just doesnt like the way something in CF is coded) Though some have noted some improvements on the FPS drops situation already, that is likely circumstantial and not related to any work done by Devs on the underlying issue.

I just want a rapid guaranteed method of reporting rather than wasting time on the site support tickets.

Thank you GM for answering at least some of the questions/issues on this thread, even if it was basically "game is not dead", "report bugs to support", "read TOS". But we still don't know much of what's going on.
