Why My Account Baned

have no idea why I got banned in CFNA.
3days ago I was in rank mode. When I get into the game then the Client crashed and said "server disconnected". After I restart the client I got banned for 1 day.

I thought it was just client error and it messed up or someone report me on purpose. I sent ticket to GM and didn't get any feedback until now(it said it would be solved in a day)

Today game updated and I login in the Client, it said I got banned for PERMANENT.

Seriously? I didn't do anything about violation and it just banned me for PERMANENT?

I played in CFNA for 3 years, this is the first time I'm angry for this issue. Hackers are ruining this game at well and innocent players are got aimed.

I've already sent ticket to GM, but they still have any response.

I don't wanna quit this game because of GM's ability to solving such funny problem.
