i have a decent pc to play crossfire i5 6600 ,16 gb ram ,ssd 128 ,rx470 videocard but i have a issue in room i have FPS DROPS when someone lagg in my team or other team. how can i fix that to stop it

I get perfect fps, good specs 200 -160 fps, but when I open Netflix before entering a game my fps goes to like 10 but if I launch my Netflix during gameplay its somewhat playable, I can run Netflix while using much more demanding games like csgo etc
