The crate that was intended to be placed in the web shop for EP this weekend (the one containing the Cheytac-, Kukri- and M4A1-C-Ultimate gold) should now be in place. I guess you can always try sending a ticket to support explaining the confusion, you might get a refund (though to my knowledge this is only done on ZP/coupon purchases).

As for the error you've been getting: I had the same yesterday. [USER="3653724"][MOD]Abel[/USER] explained that the way of fixing this error was by adding all the symbols/editing to your post normally and than pressing the "source" button all the way to the left in the forum editor. Your thread should than be posted normally.

GM Kanadian just mentioned on Discord that the "Old but Gold" crates players got from the web shop this weekend are incorrect and will be replaced with the correct "Golden June" crates as soon as possible. Be advised to not spin the "Old but Gold" crates.

I didn't spin them ... but i think the problem is now resolved .. as the crates name in the shop got changed .

Hey sorry for replaying so late. When you try to post a thread or a reply to a thread you'll see the following symbol in the top right corner of the text box: . Upon pressing this symbol you'll get to the editor where you can edit the text in your thread.

To prevent the error from occurring, you have to press the "Source" button in the editor after you're done editing your text. The source button looks like this:

After you've pressed this button you should be able to post the thread normally again. When you want to make changes in your thread, just deactivate the Source button, edit the text in the visual editor and activate the source button again.

To my knowledge they are replaced if they're not spinned, if you already spinned them I'd recommend sending a ticket.
