Using Rixty to reload

I tried to reload with rixty with paypal and then my money did not get delivered to my rixty account but money got deducted on my chequing account. I tried to contact rixty support with my paypal transaction id, still no replies I sent a ticket about 37 hours ago even though it said wait atleast "1day" for a reply. anyone know what should I do?

  • Considering it's a issue either on PayPal's or Razer's side, no one can help you here. It's however odd you didn't get a reply yet if they mentioned they would reply within a day, is there any other way of contacting them? If not, you might need to send another ticket.
  • never dealt with Rixty's support before so not sure their normal response times on things. You could try Paypal support as well to see if they know anything though if it is a problem with Rixty then Paypal won't have anything to say about it as it went fine on their end.

    I will say that Rixty is being merged in with Razer Gold and that could be the reason why you are facing difficulties though I thought that Rixty wasn't officially going away until like the 26th. (and they are encouraging Rixty account users to merge/turn their Rixty account into a Razer Gold account and what not). If you have in fact already made the merge/transferred your Rixty account to Razer Gold account then you could possibly reach out to Razer support instead. They generally have a pretty fast response time. I think the longest i waited for a ticket answer there was 10 hours.
