Broken game

This game is so broken. Million things to fix and make better, but nothing is done about.
Hackers in ranked... There are hackers in ranked top100, they are so obviously walling and aimbooting, some of them have 300+ matches and nothing is done about them.
On weekend they have hack fest because GMs are off work on weekends.
Im sick of constantly ping problems, my internet is perfect in every other game, but only here are ping spikes, so game is problem not my internet.
Since 3 days ago i cannot join any room on Delta server, its just say Connecting to game room and holding like that for 10-20 minutes and no change.
I cannot make room, cant join on anybody invite... Its just unbelievable
Reinstalled game, restarted router and agian the same.
Please start doing something about game, in april is 10 years how i play this game, and its just very sad to see it going down every day and absolutly nothing is done to make it better.

As for the connection issues, you should report these with as much information as you can so the GM's can help you improve them.

Well Utmost we have just 5 ticket per day for report. I can report 5 players in 1 game with evident hacks without try to hide. They are just brainless, dont have any movment.
Second question is : How this ticket works? Need wait 1 month for ban or what if they have 200games played.

If you like to report more than 5 players per day you can also get acces to the live hack reporting channel on the Crossfire West Discord. On the other complaints I don't have a straight answer, but I do get your frustration.

For that 'sixth place of the most profitable games' you also need to realize that includes ALL Crossfire Clients not just the CF West one. CF West MIGHT be the 2nd highest earner of the CF clients but i wouldnt be willing to put my money on that either. CF CN probably makes the most by far and is what makes that 6th position even possible most likely.

Now as for hackers. If you are indeed reporting hackers using the Hack Report tickets (note those are different from regular support tickets) then you are hopefully including a replay. If you aren't then your hack report is worthless as they need to verify the accusation and the only way to truly do that is with the replay. (screenshots dont show the whole story and can also be tampered with far easier than the game replay).
2ndly. They will not respond to your hack report ticket. At best you'll just see a "closed" in the status field. They don't let others know about actions taken to accounts that aren't their own.
3rdly when they do review hack reports they have to make 100% sure if not more that it is indeed a hack so yes it can take time especially if there's a long queue of hack reports already in. Though if the hack is super obvious then it shouldnt take too long.

As for your connection error on the EU Delta server. I dont know the answer to that though I believe the issue was being looked into and I think someone else did find a work through for it, i just don't know it is as I'm an NA player and have never had that issue before personally.
Though your ping issue is likely different here because well....the servers are of course different from the servers you play for other games and like that means different location so different route your connection has to take to get to it. Among other possibilities. (note no matter how fast your internet speeds are if the hubs it has to travel to on it's way to the server have issues then you're going to have issues. But of course the servers could truly use some work too. But I wouldn't necessarily always just put all the blame on the game's servers.

Ixith bad advice report hackers ticket is worthless. in november i reported player shooting from under map with full aimbot with replay course just hecked last online 4 hours ago so the game is dying because of hackers at last in EU servers

1 For hackers you have to report daily that is their only solution
2 For server delta error You are from Egypt and this happens in all Internet cafes in Egypt because all the devices that the Internet cafe play in the server EU delta

I am from Croatia, not Egypt and I play at home with really good internet connection, and im only one who is connected on network..

If you can contact support, this is what I know and see in Internet cafes
