Attention Mercenaries,

To make your experience the best one while playing CrossFire, its important that we know exactly the kinds of things your machines are capable of! As a result, we are collecting data over the next week to see what the average CrossFire player's PC looks like, and to do that we need your help. We will be asking about technical specs such as:

- Your Operating System
- Graphics Cards
- RAM
- CPU/Memory/GPU Usage While Playing
- System Performance
- DXDiag

To get the above information, please follow the steps below:
  1. Close all other unnecessary programs
  2. Start Crossfire and log into the game
  3. Alt+Tab to the desktop, but keep Crossfire running in the background
  4. Open Task Manager (Usually by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL and selecting Task Manager)
  5. Click on the Performance Tab
You should see the following:

To get your DxDiag, do the following steps:
  1. Open your Command Prompt
  2. Type "dxdiag" and press enter
  3. When the tool has finished running, click "Save All information" at the bottom
  4. Attach the DxDiag.txt to the survey ticket
Remember, its important that you are honest with these specs, as that gives us an idea of what your machines can and cannot handle in-game.

To submit your PC specs, head to our support section HERE:

Of course, we wouldn't ask you to take time out of your day to do this without offering something as a reward! For those users who complete this survey, you will get 5 Cyber Style Crates on March 22nd! Its that easy!
