Admins are lasy and dont do nothing to help this game get better

I am so angry now... played about 3-4 hours and not a single clean game - always 1 or 2 wallers in my team or opponent team...reported 5 hackers today try for 6 say i reached daily limit...and then so angry i see kid that i reported yesterday and he is playing and using wall blatantly ... members of his team say he use wall also it is not my opinion it is proven fact---ig El_ Bash...and he is captain level so he is playing same account long time and he is not baned...i ask admins to send me mail so that i can see that somebody reads hak reports never received any answer...so this is cf community now kids use wall hak without fear of ban couse no one is banning them no one reds reports...depressing ...and you want us to pay for new weapons? so that some kid that lag and use wall can spray me trough box? no tx

Let's not libel anyone here until proven guilty. GM's do in fact read the hack reports and try their best in keeping Crossfire clean. The anti-hack detection in CF is just in a desperate need of a update.

i understand what you say and some people are just skilled players with good game sense sometimes i prefire and make lucky shots so people say they will report me - but seriously if a players from both teams say that you use wall and if i save game and watch replay and see you making spam headshot kills not 1 time but 3 times in one game than you are using wallhack. period. and if admins would start offering some reward for hak report game would be clean in 2 mounts top - like give free crates or some zp. now everyone saying that they will send report but no one actually does that -and i am gona stop couse i see there is no point i guess i will just stop playing this game couse admins dont read reports... if one admin would open fake account and spend 2 hours playing he would personally catch 7 or 8 hackers. that is a fact

Hey! First off thanks for the feedback, we do appreciate people being passionate about the game But I do have to call you out on one or two incorrect things.
Firstly, we do have alt accounts that we join with, and we do catch people that way, you're right.
But more importantly I'd like to go over some of your suggestions.

This is against our privacy policy and is simply something we do not do. You do not get to know that somebody else got banned.

This is something that has been suggested multiple times and I have to stress the fact that you are wrong. If i can get zp or crates for reporting a hacker, then it would be easy for me to create an alt account, hack on it, report it to get rewards on my main account, and repeat the process over and over. If anything, we would see MORE hacks if we allowed this sort of process.

From what I've seen, you are a company in 6th place in the most profitable game. And yet there are a lot of hackers. Hackers were on the same day. They did not even try to hide it.


Some professional antycheat is missing here.

We haven't used xtrap in quite some time, we use Xigncode. Also the anticheat does work, take a look around at people claiming they were banned when they 'did nothing'. Please continue to report those who you believe to be hacking, and we will continue to ban any that are. Thanks!

If they only punish reports rather than review the game itself, what is the point of playing, everyone can have a happy day or better than the player who reports it. I have a question - are you looking at the accounts that came from Europe if they had the guilty punishments, or are you going to destroy them?

I don't exactly get what you're saying. Are you asking if I would deny migration for the players that were already banned in EU, of course I would.

And you're right, the hack detection should be upgraded rather than the GM's spending most of their time reviewing hack reports.

I say that I come from Europe and I have never been punished or warned here on a report I am constantly forbidden. With these tickets the answers are the same, my problem is that I have not been warned.

Explain what is the point of making a new account by starting with stupid weapons you do not kill?

Last time I'm convinced you made the game boring and unattractive for new players. I only do not regret playing Europe as opposed to here.

Im not sure what you mean by you are forbidden. Can you explain your issue a little more clearly? If you have an issue with migrating that is usually taken up with Gamerage support, and any issue AFTER migrating comes to Z8Games support. What problem are you running into?

The way they use anticheats in CF is just incredibly dumb and ineffective, and I don't mean that in a mean way, it's just pretty dull and primitive.
Once they detect a cheat, you're just getting banned (not sure for how long) if running a detected program, while there's other anticheats that basically detect a cheat, log everyone who logged in using it for a couple of days, and then bans every single cheater who used it.
That way you get 100% of them, while the way it is now, the cheat communities can warn each other in advance + the anticheat literally shows you when it's updating itself upon starting the game.

So much could be done to combat cheating, yet so little is being done, the process of reporting is just ridiculous and nobody has the time to deal with it properly. I got confirmation from a former cf eu gm that the vast majority of reports are just people writing the name and "is hek pls ban", replays are a rare bonus and timestamps or accurate descriptions also extremely rare.

Let's hope they actually try to keep cheaters at bay with CF2/HD.

Game doesn't even look good, don't think the players we have will even bother with it lol..

GM's aren't lazy they're just busy with many things each day, support tickets can take days weeks and even months at times depending on how many issues and how many players are being reported at the time.

That is the best thing to do when reporting cheaters, I also watch the replay and summit time stamps of the user walling or aimboting. That way GM's can look at the time stamps instead of watching a 30 minute replay. We all get tilted at the game and cheaters, but we all love CF thats why we come back and continue to try making it better.

just played 5-6 hours and not a single clean game...not a single 1... 1 or 2 wallers every room... and 90% of players have ping over 90 - egy players...send 5 reports and saw 3 wallers that i alredy reported few days ago...dont fell like playing ever again maybe some zombie mode...this game is jocke that is not even funy any more...0 skill they just spray 9A and when you try to kill them they teleport 2-3 cm left or right and kill me...i wish one cheater would explain to me what is point of using wall if you play game of skill? if you farm some other games where you get paid i understand that but this is free to play game- you dont get money if you use wall and kill sombady - SO WHAT IS THE FCN POINT?

came here to went again - this last game was record 5 wallers same game and of those 5 i already reported 3 last few days so good news for all kids using wall hak - i give up no more reports why waste my time only to get more angry when i see kids dont get punished... i watch carefully replay and try to fined right time when cheat is so obvious that it cant be explained by sound or teamchat and i send reports - no one reads no one bans kids so no more reporting just hope to maybe have some nice pleasant game 1 in 20 where no one use hak and skill stil means something

They don t care about honest ppl.I made alot of reports about cheaters,abour fps drop,no quality and they didn t respond me.My opinion is just to play sometimes this game.Don t deserve to be angry,because they don t care.They don t care about cheaters,they don t care about fps drop or other problems.They care only to donate.I stoped to donate,don t deserve.Do like me,play just sometimes.

you are right man...to donate menas to buy new wepons? lol no way in hell i would ever give any more money i have vip acc. but would never buy another wepon for this sh.it game ... i could tolerate 10% ppl using hak in every online game there are some unskiled frustrated stupid kids who see using cheat as only way to make kill - but in this moment this game is so infected that it makes playing imposible - 50 -60 % of all players lag or (and) use some cheat code...

Give up on reporting i still had not hecked reports from last year (the hackers comunity was much smaller in 2018) now in evry ranked you get at last 2 wallers. i found even aimer that is hacking for over week now. They just gived up on this game.

Bro I asked them if there's anything I can do about my game crashing when I get flashed, and they just closed my ticket without replying. Don't expect an anything of value from them, they're just counting money basically..

i have suggestion because admins are obviously powerless against stupid cheating kids - how about making a separate league for vip users or high ranks - now this muhameds dont care if acc. is baned they all have 5-6 accounts but i don't think somebody is so stupid to pay money and than use cheat code on vip account - some vill probably try but it would be easy to report them ... I really stopped reporting it makes no point just left the game with 3 wallers in my team and 2 in opposite team so that is 50% of players in room
