Give Kukri/Shovel Noble Gold also an 'VIP Perk'

Yo yo forumers!

Kukri and Shovel Noble Gold are the currently Noble Melees that have no perks. Bladed Knuckles/B.C Axe Noble Gold both have an VIP Perk. Bladed Knuckles has Hard Hook from the VIP version. B.C Axe has the Side Slash (Follow-Up Attack). Kukri Noble Gold has no perks like those, neither the Shovel Noble Gold.
My suggestion is : Give Kukri Noble Gold the 'Goodbye Brother' perk and give Shovel Noble Gold the 'Follow-Up Attack'

+1 considering they've implemented this on the Axe and Bladed Knuckles too. However, the follow-up attack should be able to be toggled on/off considering most players rather play without it.

I have no problem with noble melee weapons getting perks, as long as it's not fast draw and faster walking speed.
