How to show usernames?

Hello, I am a new player - played for 1st time today. I really like the game its a lot of fun. How can I toggle the enemies names on/off? It was hard for me on TM Deathmatch as I couldn't guess who was the enemy. I would like to see the enemies (names) easier. I found out that "INS" key is to toggle them on/off but on free for all mode it was not working.

Ins key "enables/disables Team Names". You cannot see enemy player names unless you're crosshair/scope is on them.
