FPS drops after the update

Hello!! first things first the new update rocks.. been waiting for it... BUT after that long awaited update the game seems to be laggy.My fps are 20-30 now and i used to run this game like 200fps full settings i know that its not my pc becouse i have a high end one sooo is it just me or you guys have the same issue?

Those FPS - ( frame per seconds ) is your GPU capability to render the amount of frames on each second, and yes there are more other facts that can affect that aspect , including internal GPU hardware, software and game engine, but the game engine can't be changed from one patch to the other ... so is the same game engine from beginning ( ofc more and higher texture rezolutions was added during the years - but the game core is the same)

P.S. Sametime, the game FPS on my game PC and test PC + a low notebook remain around same number as before this patch.

So i just retested today and i get same average FPS as before.
