Can not enter the game

Is it just me or what?

"The server is full so go walk around!'.

My time is 13:15 ~ Toronto has ~6:15. Must be online, right?

    idk why but im pretty sure it's their fault and they will not let you lose the ribbon (the same as to me).

    re-installed the game for 10 times, eh? Still getting the same problem. And support is having fun at 8 March xd

    Yesterday was the same problem, but i noticed they added a little patch (like 9 mb) and i was able to enter the game.

    Today can't again xd

    Now we know that the problem is in Version.ini file.

    The new patch has 1330 number and Version.ini contains 1329. And u can't change that cuz patcher will return it back to 1329.
  • Can't log in either. Server is "full". The update never went through. Still on version 1329. I tried deleting the game and redownloading it, didn't work. Sent a support ticket in and they told me change the version ini file. That didn't work as it won't let me save the changes. So glad I preordered the new VIP only to not be able to play the game anyway. RIP to all the events that clearly I'll be missing. Not sure why I bothered wasting my money on this game..

    - windows version
    - antivirus name
    - other programs running

    P.S. Game was working all day long on window 7 or windows 10 for me, so i suspect other things may interfeer with your clients and don't let the game fully update after last patch.

    M8, everything was fine before this update. First day was the same issue but somehow after few hours it updated itself. Yesterday this issue again occured.

    GM said i need to change 1329 to 1330 in "version.ini' file, but patcher changes back the value to 1329 every single time i lauch it. I downloaded and re-installed the game over 15 times xd
    It doesn't solve the problem. Already lost the ability to get that damn ribbon.

    Windows 7, no anti-virus, 0 programs running except windows stuff.

    You can't be glad playing this game unless you are not a citizen of sands, if u understand what am i talking about. And now is weekend, so GMs are having fun at their homes and dont care about the ppl who can't get into the game xd

    You can't be glad playing this game unless you are not a citizen of sands, if u understand what am i talking about. And now is weekend, so GMs are having fun at their homes and dont care about the ppl who can't get into the game xd


    Well then it's not a windows problem because I have Windows 10 and I am having the same exact issue with the version ini file changing back. The first day of the update I was able to run the launcher and get to the login in screen but after deleting everything and redownloading, I can't even do that. Now when I try to run the launcher it says the client version is invalid.

    I suppose I speak the wrong language to get any kind of help in this "NA" game. Three days now and no solution in sight.

    2. Right click on version ini, click properties, security and then edit.

    In this case patcher can't read "version.ini" at all and shows "failed to download version.ini" error.

    Editing the version file and changing the permissions, after uninstalling the game, deleting the cf folder and reinstalling, fixed the problem for me on 2 different computers.

    Idk how to get around that "failed to download version.ini" error.

    I think I love you. Lol. This seems to have worked as I can now at least load the launcher. I was actually able to login last night too but this morning when I first tried, I was back to the client version error upon running the launcher. With your steps, we'll see if it lasts. Thank you.
