why we can't see GMs in the game any more?

Hi, everybody, you know that we could see GMs in the game when they were playing. however, now we can't see them. Why? maybe they are afraid of tons of questions about why you don't find a solution to wallers. maybe, why you block anybodies without any reason. Gms need to be honest because they can't run the game properly. Actually, because of their attitude to hackers, majority of old players gave up the game. Now they are trying to find new players. that is so ironic . I think next year , they will hanker for these players and they will close up the game. that is so obvious. Also, everybody knows that Gms take the weapons and ideas from Crossfire China. I am sure that there are lots of player sharing the same feelings with me. I think that the game needs to change the current GMs and find new Gms who know what the players need( additional information: current GMs don't have any idea about gaming ). I just wanted to open about GMs and their poorness. thanks for your time.

There are a few things to address here. Lets go from the top, shall we?

Firstly, You still can see us in game. We are still listed as GM's and our text still shows up as bright pink with 'GM:' next to it. We have been pretty busy lately working on the things you guys are now seeing, so we haven't been in game as much, but we are still always available here on the forums and through tickets

While I can't speak for everyone, I at least am not afraid of questions at all. Lets answer two of the ones you've mentioned that you think we are afraid of: "Why you dont find a solution to wallers" - We do. People get blocked often for trying this kind of thing, and your reports are super valuable in helping us do so. Keep reporting! "Why you block anybody without reason" - This is simply not true, there is always a reason. Sometimes the reason is walling. Please refer to your first question, and note that when you've sent in a ticket, we've already told you why you're blocked.

As for us trying to 'find new players' that has always and will always be part of running a service, yes, is to find new customers. Absolutely. I don't see why you would have a problem with this.

We have no plans to close CrossFire, or we wouldn't be working as hard as we do.

Gms do not take weapons or ideas from anywhere. The developers create the weapons, and all versions are overall developed by Smilegate, so those weapons firstly are not 'taken' from anywhere. We also are creators of new ideas as well. If you would like to show me when China made bingo, or which other version is currently using our ribbon system, we can converse further about that.

I'm not sure why you would think the current GMs need to change. We have successfully run this game for many years (some of us have been here since way back in the days of Saidin) and it is still going strong. As for thinking we don't know anything about gaming? I'm trained as a game developer and have been playing games for about 24 years now. I'm also pretty competitive in the games I play. We also have GM's who have been in competitive tournaments, been high up in rankings on various games, etc etc. Because you are upset that something isn't going the way you like does not invalidate our experience, our passion, and our drive to give appreciative players the best experience we can offer them.

Hope this clears some stuff up for you, and we'll be happy to play with you in game when you're able to log in again. We'll be the ones with the bright pink text and the notifier that says 'GM:' beside it!

are you working on fixing the "moved to lobby for idling" disconnect error even when someone is playing? like really playing not idle playing.
