This is for Vietnam's 10th anniversary. As you can see they also have a different 10th anniversary logo.
From what I've seen now China and Vietnam got very different types of weapons for their anniversary, so I wouldn't go in thinking we'll get the same weapons as Vietnam.

Imo it's not a big deal to have a weapon full of animations. Besides, it's very distractive and doesn't fit in an AK 47. Hopefully we get the same type of AK 47 CF China has, as referred.
