Submitted like 10 hacking report, no respond

I submitted 2 hacking report with replay file last week, reporting 2 players using wall hacking playing rank games at night around 2am PST. Still get no respond from Z8.

And BTW, the clan name is SOLDIER BEAST, their whole clan is using wall hack.

First off, you can't accuse players on the forums or discord. You have to use the appropriate channels when you make reports/accusations and this isn't one of them. (Hack report like you said you did is one, the other being the live hack report on the discord if you pass the tests proving you can follow rules there) In other words you're breaking a rule albeit a lot more minor than those you are accusing....it is still a rule.
2nd, they don't respond to hack reports. You report, they review, then they either take action or don't based on what they see from the replay and information you gave them and they don't tell you what action they took.

I know them and almost all players know about this clan except geniuses in support center. Why did you waste your time by submitting 10 reports?
I reported 1 hacker in all these 10 years and I regret doing it as my effort was in vain.

Don't expect that any of these hackers will ever get banned but if you report someone with cropped images twisting facts then you can get someone banned for harassment even if the accusee have 9 years old clean history, I can assure of you that. By the way Why don't you try CS GO or other awesome games which have much more potential and active and human support centers?

They don't have to reply to you about a players status.. If they find a person cheating, they will just ban them without TELLING EVERYONE that reports them.

This will just get removed/closed either way.
