GMs delete support ticket without take any action ?!

hello everyone
yesterday i make support ticket reporting player insult with 2x s.s
today check my ticket i find nothing ????????????????????????????????????
why my ticket deleted without take any action and where i have to make ticket then on discord or gm must be my friend ?

As far is not a hack report ticket then will be show on second menu : "View Tickets " then click on green button "View Resolved Tickets" - becuse most like your ticket was closed ( no matter what was the result)

i look in view tickets bro this not 1st time i make support ticket but this is the 1st time my ticket was removed with no answer or close just removed

Generally support tickets aren't removed to my knowledge, just closed if need be, try sending it again and check it shows up in your tickets right after you submit it.
I had an issue a while back where I was typing too much in the ticket, causing it to not show up in my tickets.

Players have the ability to delete their own tickets, but we do not delete them for players. This means either you deleted your ticket, or someone has access to your account and you should change your password. Please also note that GM's do not have 'friends' who get to report things that others don't.

i find my support ticket after i check "shows up"
