Same issue here, hope the can give this issue more visibility and of course a good fix.

Other than updating video driver/graphics driver. What else have you done to try to fix it on your end? Are you running nVidia shadow play? if so have you tried turning it off? When was the last time you actually restarted/turned off your computer and not just let it go to sleep mode?

Also after having done all the things on your end....did you then send in a ticket describing the FPS drop situation, about when it started for you, what you've done to try to fix it on your end, and then listed out your system specs so that the devs can then take a look and try to address the issues using as much relevant information as they can get so that maybe they can actually fix the issue?

lol. Russian server lags with FPS no has.... I tried to manipulate the settings of the video card - it did not help

Any chance you're using Shadowplay or Geforce experience? Razer cortex? Tried turning those off? Tried rolling back one driver version? Checking for windows updates?
