M4A1 Patriot Visual Bug.

Hello,
Ever since the main patch of January I believe, the m4a1 Patriot looks like this. Whether it's mine or I pick someone else's, however if I am viewing it from another player (when I'm dead) it's fine. Is this a common bug? How can it be fixed? I am on a metered connection and I do not want to re-install the game if possible. Thanks in advance.
