[Technical Issues] Error

Greetings! Today I installed my game, I went in, I logged in and when I clicked on "Join" I encountered an error, followed by a crash. I tried once again to come in and had the same problem.

Mai este nevoie sa fac al doilea pas daca am antivirusul dezactivat?
