Reported someone for racist remarks a month ago...and nothing happened to him

You "the staff" are known for your controversial repeated act of close threads and say "no one can help send support".

Why should we even bother?I reported a player IGN like a month ago for racist remarks towards Muslim players and nothing happened to him or his account

I joined random hmx room at almost the end of the game,from the first second I joined I noticed that guy spam racist comments on the chat,insulting the Muslims in the room and insult their god's/nation ..when the Muslims in the room become mad and write him back "555" or "a7a" or whatever back to this guy for insulting them because of their lack of English and inability to answer to him he find it funny to make them so upset and kept insulting even more.He wrote things like "**** egy" / "allah yok" / "egy scum of humanity" ,also called them "third world kids " and "gipsy kids" and kept laugh on them and insult from the very begin of the game until the very end

I was shocked ...I saved few screens from the first seconds of the moment I joined and left the room.

I reported him like a month ago and he still play normally & Carrying his honor ribbon and keep insulting freely...so I ask again why should we the players even bother to report violations to support if they do nothing?


This is just 1 out of maybe 6-7 reports that I sent in the latest year and in none of the cases anything happened to no one.

So curious....how do you know he didn't receive a temporary ban? Cause generally insult bans like that start off temporary and after enough reports they can become permanent.
Also you don't lose your Honorable Soldier Ribbon for insulting bans. It was only ever lost for 2 reasons: 1)Hacking before hacking got your instant permanently banned but instead only temporary on first offense. and 2)A bug that effected various players but if those players sent in a ticket to support they got their HSR back during that time. Now that hackers are permanently banned when accurately reported/caught they dont even remove the HSR from those accounts as those accounts won't be seen again anyways.

Make sure to keep reporting them. These do get punished with bans, and everyone is welcome to play here regardless of what their racial or religious background may be. Insults do not remove the honorable soldier ribbon however, that is related to hacking, glitching, botting, etc. I am closing this topic, and I am not worried that you find me doing my job as controversial. Continue to report, and they will continue to be punished. Thanks!
