Some one please tell me what is going on!!!

So I was in a match on the GR team then I found this person in the BL team but in the GR uniform, is this a bug or he is on something? This seems like a pretty funny but just when you think he is your teammate he can shoot you. its a bug when theres a team change.His character didnt change to the Black List one. This Bug was reported alot. But as usual no one gives a .
