Indeed, I think Russia is even restricted to play CF West.

The only Russian users that can play here are ones with very old accounts, or ones that had EU accounts that migrated. This is only a handful of users. While we don't mean to alienate any users, unfortunately this is just not a viable option for us, especially since nobody on the team currently speaks Russian.

any way - russian players are region restricted from cf west due to license agreements,and cf ru is hold by mail.ru and not smilegate.
I think there are some (very few)russian players left in wolf army and sanits (if you look for company - ts/cw etc)
also dr.hoffman is making translate(texts/videos) to cf west events on his kontaki page - so just follow him
send me a message on facebook or even call if you have any question about events -if I'm not in a lesson I can always help you
(tbh- you spend most of your time in the russian version and dota and barely play on this version 30 minutes a week ,so don't expect to achieve much on this way,sorry it's just my honest opinion)
