i have been playing the game with that spec pc and it was fps 80/100 since 2 year and now it is as you see in the pictures is there anyone knows what happens in that game

The first things I can recommend are to update your drivers and check that you don't have any programs like Shadowplay running. Once you've done that, we are indeed aware of some reports of FPS drops and are checking it out. Hopefully this won't be as much of an issue soon!

Unfortunately, it is a very big problem and now it has developed into the movements of the mouse movement
It's a very big problem and it is necessary to solve it as soon as possible!
