144hz problem

Good evening, can you help me please? In fact, I plugged my computer to my BenQ Zowie xl2411p 144hz display, in displayport and DVI-D, but I do not have it at all but I do not feel like I'm playing 144hz, it's unplayable and I'm forced to increase my sensitivity to 10 while with a 60hz screen (asus vx248h) I played with a sensitivity of 1-2-4 max .. but on NVIDIA, it is marked that I am in 144hz .. I do not not understand .. I put everywhere in 144hz in display and I put higher frequency there in the Nvidia 3D settings .. I have TeamViewer if you want to watch .. and Here are the components of my PC:

i5-9600k

z370 Gigabyte socket 1151

Nvidia OC GTX 1080i 11GB Gigabyte Aorus X

16GB DDR4 Gskill 3200mhz

And I'm on Windows 10, when I played in 60hz I was on Windows 7, I do not know if it changes something ..

  • Hi, some maps are highly unoptimized and will result in less than 144 fps even with high spec computer. If you press tab Ingame it will tell you your framerate. Also make sure vsync is set to 144 or off.
  • so you mean my GTX 1080 Ti is too powerful to display the 144hz on Crossfire? Because when I played in 60hz I had a GTX 970 ..
  • I activated the vsync and tried in 144hz and honestly it was much better! But good when I see what I could do in 60hz and what I can do now .. well it's a little sad .. when I watch the clips of the pros I feel they do not have my problem and that sometimes the enemies do not see them whereas in front of them .. in 60hz I easily made more than 100-120 kill in FFA and sometimes in TD Headshot, now I can barely do 80 and sometimes I can do more than 100 but more as often as before .. assured me that my transition from 60hz to 144hz will change my life but that it's the other way around, I've fallen into depression since I switched to 144Hz xd
