Reasons to lose your honour ribbon

I look at some clan members and see that they no longer have the Honourable soldier ribbon.
What are the various reasons for losing this ribbon?

As far as i'm aware there have only been 2 reasons it has ever been removed.

1: Back in years past. (like up to 2015 or something) people who hacked weren't permanently banned right away. So when they received their first temporary ban from hacking they also had their HSR removed.

2:There was a bug at one time that removed the HSR from quite a few people, however, the people I know that it occurred to were able to send a ticket to support when it happened and had it looked into and got their HSR back.

so in other words....if you're playing/clanning with someone who doesnt have an HSR....chances are they at least used to hack.

Maybe there's another reason why it was removed as well but from what I've read and remember that's it.

Thanks for the reply. We are trying to evaluate whether or not some members of our clan deserve to be here or not by not having the HSR ribbon. I do not want to remove them from the clan if there are valid reasons for not having it.
Anyone else want to add to this? Please do.

Temp bans for insulting? For using VPN? Some swear they lost it due to bug.

Temp bans from insulting don't remove the HSR. Pretty sure ones from using VPN don't either. But there was in fact once a long time ago like 2012 era at the latest a bug that took some peoples HSR away but like i said in my previous post, if it occurred and you sent a ticket you would have gotten it back if it was due to the bug. If they still don't have it then they probably hacked in the past at one point or were too lazy/didn't know back then to send in a ticket. And since the Staff have changed and the bug was so long ago there's no hope they'll be getting it back through support if it WAS due to a bug.

The above is right ^ insult bans do not take away your LSR. There was a bug way back that took it away due to a read problem with one of the files in Windows XP, but that should no longer be an issue since we don't support XP anymore. VPN should just lock you out of logging in, and shouldn't result in a ribbon removal either.

I lost my ribbon due to that bug (some years ago), sent ticket and then got reply, that I was using some malicious software xD Shame. This way are rewarded players for 10 years of legit playing.
