Lag Issues

Since the last two months and I suffer from high unstable ping in the game and I do not know its source until that moment
I've contacted the Internet company to see if there is a technical reason and they told me that the problem in the game however I didn't see anyone in the game (especially Egyptians) facing the same problem
The problem usually occurs after 3 pm ( ping increase to +140 ) and does not return to normal until 6 am (decrease to +80)
So if there is anything I can do to fix this problem just tell me and i'll appreciate it...

P.S. : I faced this problem several times since CF 2.0 Released
