Delta server

Hello.
Is there a problem with Europe - Delta server
It is full from yesterday and never gets un-full. I've tried 100 times to join in it but stil full all the time
All my friends play in other servers but Delta. No one can join in it.
I think it is locked.

Delta server is having issues right now. Nobody can enter it and it's mistakenly said "Full" since nobody is in it.
