Ranked lost points

Hi so i was playing ranked and a few times now the game cancels in the loading screen and I can start searching for a new queue, so the game is getting cancelled and im losing ranked points even thought its not my fault casue its considering it as a lost so can you please solve the problem thanks

If everyone gets the error, everyone will get loss of points. This may happen rarely. You can try to report this issue through support tickets and explain what happened
