PING limiter on RANKED

im tired of playing with egys with 200 ping its <removed> me off
can we have ping limiter on ranked at least ???
why would i buy any more zp if the only thing we get is trash servers and 200 pings on ranked

It would be nice in general. Anytime they join/ leave a game my ping spikes from 50 (which is still worse than the 16 US or 32 UK it was before the server merge) to anywhere from 150-450. It's ridiculous.

I think it would be great if a player's ping spikes he should just freeze completely and be taken damage by the enemy.

Ranked has never changed since release; It is still unbalance and unfair waste of time that also robs you of your rank progress for not playing it for longer than 2 weeks. Did I say "play"? I meant, suffer tankers and hackers.
