ZP purchase

Hey i got 1 question : If i create a new account and want to buy ~150$ worth ZP on a smiley face created 10-15 mins ago , will I be able to do it ? Cuz a long time ago there was an restriction for new accounts when u bought zp. Pls help me

well i want to buy between 180-300k ZP using PaySafe code and i wanted to know if i can buy 300k ZP in one day on a smiley face account and thx for ur answer
1 more question : i got banned 1 day (for insulting i think ) can i get permanent if i insult again or something ?
