Improvement of Language filter

We all know how badly it operates. You can write pretty normal sentence ingame just to have it censored at 3 places. In the end you end up rewriting it multiple times or simply focus on using numbers to your advantage and make yourself look like an id**t by doing so. Even something as simple as AFK is being censored. WHY?

Here's the suggestion:
Why not simply make it like in the other online games? Making this simply optional feature with option to turn it on and off in settings?
I get it that you have to place something in due to age rating which i remember was 13 or something.
But what about others? For example: World of Warcraft has PEGI 12 rating and it has this feature.
Issue with Language filter is here from the start so It wouldn't hurt to improve it / fix it, right?
