Its amusing to watch u all suffer this. And saddening too. Its also funny how some ppl try to put really dumb reasons and explanations for the problems this game has. And it has BIG problems that no one seems to care or put an actual explanation for. Few days ago I installed CF but I went to work. I even forgot I installed it. Now I come here and I didnt even bother to clean my system of this... I just pressed Shift+Delete keys.
This is beyond fixable.
It disappoints me to see ppl that I respect(ed?) in the past are making so strong efforts in covering this up with - "fps drops are from ppl changing bags or entering a room" and my favorite " its your PC" and similar.
I want to ask few simple questions. These are for SGWest managers, GMs etc... Here it is: Is it so hard to talk to your clients like normal human beings? Is it so hard to answer their questions with honesty and transparency? Is it so hard to admit that there are severe issues with this game (and maybe u dont know how to fix)?
This is just pathetic and laughable.
I know Ive been spitting in the past at the GMs who maintained CFEU but now I realize that NA deserves even worse. Further more EU GMs actually did a great job and actually talked to their payers.
As usual I dont expect much valuable answers from the ppl who SHOULD be answering. In fact I dont really expect an answer at all.

If they answer you, it will one of those many answer that don't really say anything, i'm pretty sure CF is the worst game that has lots of people still playing it, and to be honest, i don't know why i keep playing it and still wasting my money here, even being aware of all of this, help me. -

They do talk to us on the reg, if you went to the CF Discord, you'd see that they're more than friendly.
Then again, for things like tickets and what not, what other answer do you expect other than "send a ticket"? None of us are so special as to receive personal help from a GM if we come to them with all our problems.
Theres the GMs who manage the game as well as deal with more immediate stuff like bans and events, and the support staff, who deal with various problems concerning users.
These massive problems in CF that I keep hearing about are not exclusive to this game either. There are many games that have FPS drops, crashes or whatever people say is wrong with CF. -

1: Not everyone has the time to bleed their eyes out on Discord. Hence, if they talk to u so much there - why does this forum even exist when none of them appears to answer the problems HERE?
2: You just keep hearing about them? Tell me how many ppl need to leave this game before actions are taken? No one cares about other games's FPS drops. I must say after I uninstalled CF I tried various others popular online FPS games. NONE had such issues. NONE had crashes, freezes, disconnections... and h4x0rs. And by none I mean NONE!

Let me put it like this: if u go to a restaurant, u like it and u go there regularly. Its all good until they start to serve u cold food with hairs in it. Would u still be going there and pay for that food?

Right? They got a support category but never, or barely ever, bother to answer anything. The GM's aren't doing anything at all here except for posting awful new events to keep the playerbase high by trying to get as many people as possible to use AFK scripts.
Idc how active they are on discord, as long as they got a forum and people use it to post about problems and suggestions, they should totally keep an eye on it and at the very least offer support to those who need it.
Also the forum has been beyond broken at least since the merge. You can't set an avatar, weird "access denied" messages all over the place for no reason, the whole "replies/last reply bla bla" info next to threads is broken etc. If they really care this little, best thing is to just close it and replace it with a link to their damn discord.
CF is just dead, the playercount only seems as high as it is, because it's bloated by all the idlers. Since the merge there was absolutely 0 interesting content added and it seems likey they're trying more and more to slow down the actual content flow in favor of adding more and more "limited" 0,001% win rate scam capsules. -

I never said I felt sorry for anyone. Read carefully. I said its amusing and sad. Also if uve read my farewell thread u wouldve seen I said I might pop some zombies. Good thing I first checked the forum to see how much is done to improve the quality of the game. And its 0 effort in improving. I guess u like it this way. 1. The forums are an official place for CF. Its an area where the players can make suggestions and talk about CF in more detail. The Discord is just a discord where the GMs can chat to players more casually. If you don't want to use it to talk to them, thats your own problem
2. I don't get any of the supposed problems that others do, hence the reason I say "I hear them". I dont get FPS drops unless its when Im switching bags. I've played many games like GTA V, Black Squad, Ring of Elysium, For Honor and most other online games and I've experienced hacks, FPS drops and crashes about as often as I do here. CF is no worse to me than any other game.
3. They've addressed it many times, and have put CF through emergency maintenance more than a few times to get rid of game breaking bugs. They do fix and update the game regularly, its just that people seem to enjoy bashing on the game for every little thing that happens.

Theres no comparison between making food and game maintenance. Once can be righted immediately, while the other takes time, and a lot of it considering CF is an online-only game.

I mean look. As someone who hasn’t played cf NA in like over 7 years and cf EU in over 5 years and just recently came back, the state of the game is crazy good.
This game is basically as alive as it was back then (if you look at channels during prime time etc), but the biggest point is the hackers. I haven’t come across a SINGLE (!!!!!) hacker since I came back at the start of December last year. Like not a single one. I’m sure there are a few ones that use wallhacks or whatever, but compared to what it was back then? Fk me this game is doing so much better lol. Back then you’d have hackers in every other room shooting through walls, going through the map, ****ing insta killing everyone etc...
Idk about you but I’m having a blast in the game right now. If you don’t like, I think it’s time for you to at least take a break lol. -

I never said I don't want to use Discord. I said something regarding lack of time. An entirely different thing.
2: You must be really lucky not to have issues like many of us. As I said before I also tried different online games (GTA V, BSquad, Killing Floor...) and let me repeat: NONE had the same issues as CF. !NONE!
Last night I captured 2 videos for all of you so you don't just hear about what I said but actually see it and that I'm not just bashing on the game.

They fix and update? Update what? Fix what? It's been more than a month since I left because nothing was fixed. Take a look at the videos. Does that look like anything is fixed? It's laughable and frustrating to see people saying the same things: it's an old engine, an old game, it's your driver, it's antivirus, it's your firewall, your GeForce experience, it's because of Steam, because of game boosters... The list of emtpy excuses and lack of knowledge can go on quite long. All of this started 2-3 updates ago. And I personally did NOT make any changes to my hardware configuration or the software on the system. No updates were made to any system files or protection software or even drivers. CF worked fine before a certain update, which broke it.
So please, guys, don't tell me it's my PC's fault. It's NOT! The game is utterly broken and it's not just for me. Do you really think that I like spitting on CF when I invested so much in it?
The restaurant example is quite correct. Both CF and the restaurant are SERVICES! The both take tremendous time, effort and responsability to the clients.
I intentionally excluded one typical excuse used by many. Can you guys guess what is it? Anyone?
The renderer.
I tend to keep track of what processes are running on my system at any given time. Last night when I made the videos, in the very first game I joined I got "disconnected from server" error. We are all used to that, and it will never be fixed. Ever. Anyway I go to Task Manager and I see something new. Something that raised my curiosity. It was called "awesomium renderer". I only can assume this is tied with CF because when I killed the CF process it disappeared with it. Now, this is only an assumption but this time it really might be the renderer thats the culprit. But, this raises some questions: Was the CF renderer changed? If so - why? WHO THE HELL TESTED IT?!? And if anoyne actually tested it - why did he do a poor job?
I do hope it all will be resolved ASAP because I really miss the game and it pains me to see how things are going. I hope GMs will make big, awesome events for everyone to enjoy and draw me back to CF.

Hey Winston, I agree with most of things you say
That is why I liked Cf Eu community, forum and discord so much better,
it was better organized, relaxed, all costumers were treated equivalent, helpful, friendly and welcoming,
always fast help and replies if you needed it, both from the GM's, Mods, forumers and discord members.
Havn't seen anything of those things on Na discord or forum, exept from a few people, but they are extrymly rare. -

my moderators say there is hardly anyone over 25 years older than me - so you do not have big expectations, if I start with the questions I have to write a whole page but it makes no sense that there will be no answers. All their answers are machine- there is no logic in their thinking or specificity. -

Just give a quick Googlr search for Awesomium and you'll see it's nothing harmful and other games implement it too, it's like a web access program, like when you use your Store or Clan page in game it uses it to connect to the web from what I looked up in 2 minutes on google.
