Windowed client Full screen in-game

Before crossfire 2.0 patch we used to be able to put the game on windowed mode and it full screens when you join a game
It's quite frustrating that you can't tab out of crossfire unless you have it fully windowed or having to swap the settings on and off,
would be nice to have that option restored.
