Why Do You Vote Kick?

So I'm starting this thread to ask why players start a vote kick.

I would like your honest answers as to why you start a vote kick.

Please keep it honest and polite.

This could help some player that get frustrated by being kicked in games for as they say no reason.

I will start by saying apart from obvious hackers and glitchers that I always start a vote kick for, here are some other reasons...

I start a vote kick when, players run round me begging for my guns.
I start a vote kick when, players flash or nade me because they are not good at throwing.
I start a vote kick when, players are AFK or macro AFK and not helping in S&D.

I have more but I want to hear your reasons.

I start a vote kick when a player one-shot/HS 30-times in a row (Often on new acc's) and swears that he is elite and is in now way cheating.
I start a vote kick when a player shoots you and your team over and over again through the entire map.
I start a vote kick when a player starts surfing through the maps floor and/or through walls.

otherwise i don't really care, i've played multiplayer/online since Quake 2 and you get hardened through the years. Things that got you crazy mad in the beginning, barely rises your pulse at all these days.

I start a kick vote for a haker
I start a kick vote when i play ghost mode and someone play with ak, or thompson or mg or any loud gun, and i start the vote even faster if that guy run after me everywhere i go on the map shooting with his noisy gun to ask ne to change guns

Whenever someone **** me off, like those kind of people that start insulting egys and muslims without reason I'm not egy or muslim but this senseless racism sucks. Or when players think they are pro and start insulting when they got killed "camp camp hs hs noob farmer bla bla". And then the normal people afks, cheaters, very bad players, trolls. I personally got kicked very few times, I guess it's because I don't chat much in the game and I don't play too bad. So if you got kicked think about yourself and what you've done.

My legimate reasons are:
- afk/bot
- unskilled/feeding enemy
- lagging
- insulting
- not following fair teamplay, eg insists using TMP

Obviously when someone is hacking or using glitches.
When someone is lagging so bad that they are flying around or teleporting around, lets say someone got a ping of 120 which is still manegable I don't really care.
If they won't leave me alone because they want my weapon, aka following me around and blocking me to get me killed (non vip guns) I might kick them too, but they usually ends up getting denied. If they just step infront of me at the start of the round and then leave me alone I don't care.

Other than that I just get kicked... for no reason

I only do it if someone is blatantly cheating.

No other reasons for me to try to kick someone.

I only kick cheaters (i.e. glitching and hacking), idlers, or people who are trolling (e.g. flashing teammates, preventing people from defusing, etc.)

I kick players in wave mode when theyre level 30 and still trying to shoot the helicopter

I vote kick people when they show serious amounts of toxicity and unacceptable behavior.
I vote kick people when they start griefing.
I vote kick people when they cheat or hack (duh).
I vote kick people when they block me and don't take no for an answer.
I vote kick people when they become a nuisance to play with/against.

I vote kick people when they are afk.
I vote kick people when they are lagging.
I vote kick bots
I vote kick people when they are glitching (+ trying to and keep dying)
