change it to 720p should help a bit but yeah i think 1.5k only. Sometimes I do 2.5k but I was streaming for an experimental purpose that time.

Happens all the time for me despite stable low ping, 144hz refresh rate, and 200 fps stable. Just less noticeable to the viewer since they see 60 of the 144 frames. Been happening since 2015 for all games that are running on servers and that have movements (e.g fortnite, cf, csgo, league of legends, combat arms, other random fps games).
