hmx ribbon tracker resetting

My HMX ribbon tracker went back down again. The Xenophobe ribbon was at 86 wins now it went down to 45. Lead the invasion I already have the ribbon but the tracker still went down to 96 wins. Is there anyway to stop it from going down?

That's odd, I played a bunch of HMX in EU already and didn't get the ribbon upon migration. Multiple things are wrong with this ribbon.

Yea the ribbon tracker for the HMX ribbons have been known to be messy. They were supposedly looking into it....but that's been a good while back now. I haven't even tried to get them despite knowing that i've technically completed both of the objectives for those....just they haven't counted on the tracker due to reasons unknown.

Mine just doesn't add up for some reason.

Also my alternative account has less wins on both Soldiers and Mutants, but I have both ribbons.

I have the same issue, I had like 71 games finished in HMX (Xenophobe) but now it went down to 21. Sometimes the games also didn't add up like Waiwio said. To be honest I believe that I really have 200-300 games finished in that mode. This is the second time that the amount of finished numbers went down for me.

that's what I mean.. I thought it was working and going up though but now it went down again. some people have both ribbons so there is a way to get them
