Players Used EP Bug 'Nothing Happen '

Last time i make post about EP bug and gm kanadian replay : action taken will not discussed with you . At least do anything . ( Ban or weapon back )
Players winning daily 50 - 100 weapon which mean nothing happen and nothing will happen against them .
player ign : .[removed] he found 500.000.000 EP which mean = 50000 box + 25.000 free ticket and others like this and we play prime time for 6.000 EP with 2-3 errors = 4.500 EP per day . this is unfair .
And i have some photo but system said error when i want to post ( player got 218.197.760 EP ) . Players celebrate in face book for not banned and for 250.000.000 EP .
Even update coming without mention anything about this , that's mean they will play normally and nothing happen .
Until when this problem will be . also no answer ..

Please don't mention the players name, as that is still libeling others.

This issue is still being investigated by the staff team and they are finding a solution for this severe bug. As for what will happen to others that abused the bug, please understand that it nothing that matters to you. All we know is that it is being handled by the bug team to resolve this.

the egy's in facebook are gloat about themselves for take advantage from this bug without anything happen to them or to their accounts,they consider the gm's as a naive heart warming people who do literally none to players who hack their weapons system(smh in any other game every one would be banned already without any warning and without any explanation to any one who got banned) .

smh my head - I know lots of europan players who stay awake until 3-5 at morning for 2nd prime time for get 6-7k ep a day in a legit way,and now some egy's with their potato computers and stupid facebook groups are getting unlimited points(they call it "cf egy" in their groups not na and not eu)...they farm not only ep weapons but also free tickets;and by that farm pretty much every black market weapon in game.

I know 1 player called "[removed]" that abused this bug,he win an ep weapon every few minuets ;I have screens of him etc'

also saying "we won't discuss any action against account with you" is pretty much vacuous argument since he isn't discussing a specific account but about a total mess of a bug that need to be fixed (it is called "bug fixing" and require user participation in assistance).

Ro, you sure, if any action was taken they would have done it by now, dont you think? they could also post an announcement announcing actions taken, however bland it may be, it could be a deterrent for future bug abusers, dont you think?

The GMs are aware of the issue and it (and any associated users) are being handled.
You as players will not be notified of any actions taken regarding the matter unless it has affected you directly (in which case you can ask via ticket).
