Mods? GMs?
This game is getting to me, my god, i spend my own money on vips for this game, meaning i want my account to be secure otherwise id have bought all these cosmetics for nothing, so, that being said, i have forgotten my security question and answer, so if i was to lose my account, i wouldnt be able to regain access, simple right? oh no, not for GM G.O.A.T, i request a ticket into other purchases/billing as that was the closest to my need and clearly state that i cannot access ADMINISTRATION because i dont know my [removed] security question, but this gm, i dont even know if he exists or not, sends me a [removed] automated message to submit a ticket to administration and doesnt include his gm name at the bottom of the reply(saw his name on gmail), with the ticket saying blah blah our department cannot assist you blah [removed] blah, ARE YOU THAT LAZY, EMAIL YOUR COWORKERS AND HELP ME, i state in the bloody ticket that i cannot access administration because i dont know my security question and thats why i [removed] need your help for, use your common sense for gods sake, you cant expect us to pay your wages and give the worsf customer experience in return, get this sorted, as stated in the ticket, i have all the evidence to prove im the owner.
recently saw some post about how tickets are absolutely useless and they are more or less automated, but some mods back it up and say they are all checked, either theyre automated or theyre checked by some dim bulbs who pick out the words account and security.

I never had any issues with support in the past and always get my questions answered properly. Be aware that it's clearly stated upon account registration that your security question is essential to your account security, it is your own responsibillity to remember it.
You can rant all you like on this forum but the only way you can ever recover your account is through support. No one here can help you. -
They can't forward tickets between departments because they have a protocol they need to follow. If you want help from account administration, you can't go to billing issues.
Simply state that you forgot your security answer in the field and submit the ticket. If that fails, submit it from a new account. -
As mentioned by 4real, we have certain paths to follow. For example, if you submit an account administration ticket, it asks you to fill out a form with your info ahead of time, to make the ticket faster for you and make it more efficient to verify if you actually own the account or not.
Further, its worth noting that it is intended for [GM]G.O.A.T. to not always have their name at the bottom of the reply, as we do not require any of our support staff to have their name at the bottom of any reply. Those of us that do have it, have opted to do so of our own choice.
You also do not decide if you have enough information to verify if you are the owner or not. We do. In fact, [GM]G.O.A.T. doesn't decide either, as thats not his area. And had he come to me to ask me about you, I would have told him to give you the exact response you received.
Lastly, I'd like to add that we will not tell you your security question/answer, and that you cannot change it. I hope this clears up some stuff for you moving forward.
