a few simple steps :

1 : Use EBR , TMP and just spray sitting in a corner
2 : Start insulting members from oposite team and ask a friend from that team to kick them for Insulting if they reply back to you (usualy with another insult)
3 : Eventually a few players from that team will leave by getting kicked or because "rage quick"
4 : Your team will win because the oposite team is low
5 : Your team wins
5 : Happy New Year (Another one bites the dust)

Uninstall Crossfire... Like I did.
Thought to install again to see what has changed in 2 weeks of me leaving.
Somehow it got even worse than before.
Wait 2 more weeks and hope it gets at least slightly better.
