I'm sorry you didn't understand what I meant, I'll try and be a bit more clearer.
On your first ticket you would have already been given an answer, as support would inform you of both the Violation and the Suspension Duration.
Submitting a ticket about the same issue when an answer has already been provided to you will give you the same answer -- which is why it could feel like a bot was answering you. If you submit the same ticket 200 times you'll get the same response 200 times. -

You are right at all! I deleted crossfire yesturday, since they destroyed game with last patch, Fps drops are so anoying and they are not going to fix it.... how the hell half comunity have fps drop problem since last patch... Good bye Cf and worst moderators ever

There are some rulles wich are written in any game game forum and i know for sure that "Sharing accounts is forbidden"in this game also .. and probably you will find info about this rule in CF global rulles also .. If you people dont read rulles before joining a game is only your fault . Dont blame Mods (wich actually cant do anything in this game except asking devs to look into the situation) .. dont blame Devs for baning you because you cant read rulles also ... and i saw something about money .. money cant solve everything .
