Migration/Weapons Missing

You can tell what my problem is by reading the title.So, what do I do? I sent a support ticket on 23rd on december, still, they didn't reply.Should I just stay here and act like everything is okay? Perhaps they won't even try to give me my guns back just cuz they're regular GP guns, nothing expensive

Can you read the migration thing? There says not all weapons will be migrated.

The regular weapons, such as the m4a1, ak, awm,3 regular

Why wouldn't they migrate the regular GP guns? That doesn't make any sense

My point is that something might've gone wrong during the migration process and it would be best to contact the support.
